I developed and presented a course on understanding and working with new generations. I would like to say I had rave reviews, but on a scale of 1 to 5 it averaged 4.5. Well, some of the people were raving.
The course helps people understand new generations, their values, and their differences. It helps people understand how to build a bridge to them and minister to them. The old worn-out things we used to do don’t work, and for good reason. This solutions focused course enables people to find new ways, appropriate ways, to minister to these generations in their local circumstances. It’s for church groups and generates deep discussion.

I write lyrics. They're love songs or ballads. I generally don't create the music. They're on YouTube. The ballads can be used in religious meetings. If you create a better version, contact me and I'll put it on my channel.

The Cruel Trickster. Ballad I created about illusions taking over lives and leaving them barren, while their talents could be used for spiritual purposes and be satisfying.
In Love With the Woman You Are #3. Love song for my lovely wife about loving this giving woman as she was, as she is, and as she will be.

Connections.life is a resource website for New Adults, or age 15 to 35+, to enable them to form community with connections to others and to resources. It addresses their very real need for connection with others, spirituality, and life skills. It enables a bottom-up organization so they have an effective framework to work within to decide what they want and make it happen.
Resources include "How To" for making connections with others, spirituality information, in-person courses on life skills such as effective communication, life purpose, and other essential skills. Dorian creates some courses and some by others, and Dorian creates the website.

Bio for Dorian Scott Cole
Dorian Scott Cole is a communications professional with an emphasis on creativity and ministry. Important to communicating effectively is a deep understanding of human nature, learning, and technology. Societal and technolgical driven change can be disruptive.
He has formal education and direct career experience (full careers or long emphasis) in business, technology, writing, religion, psychology of attitude change, radio announcing, farming, organizational change, movie production, training course development and presentation, and leadership.
In technology and engineering, as a field engineer he worked with cutting edge technology in radio broadcast, electrical power generation, medical technology, and Internet technolgy with AI. He designed electrical, electronic, mechanical, subdivision, and home architecture for companies. He still doesn't know what he aspires to be when he grows up, but he has fun.
Growing up on a farm gave him a "can do" attitude, and a sense of independence." He and his wife prefer rural living but have lived in several cities and multiple urban areas, as well as years in Morocco and international travel. He currently lives West of St. Louis, MO.
He has a spiritual ministry for New Adults age 18 to 30, and began working with this age group many decades ago. He is just like them. On the Internet, he writes One Spirit Resources, and the podcast Our Times Today and Tomorrow, the quest for spirituality on Substack and New Generations Explore Faith - Podcast on Youtube.
